01 "An Act making an appropriation for management fees for the constitutional                                              
02 budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska); and                                        
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The sum of  $31,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                            
06 of Revenue, treasury division, for equity investment management fees necessary to implement                             
07 a new asset allocation for the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution                       
08 of the State of Alaska) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997.                                                       
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
