01 "An Act approving the sale of Prudhoe Bay Unit royalty oil by the State of                                              
02 Alaska to Mapco Alaska Petroleum, Inc.; and providing for an effective date."                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  The "Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of State Royalty Oil" between the                           
05 State of Alaska and Mapco Alaska Petroleum, Inc., dated March 6, 1998, is approved and                                  
06 ratified.                                                                                                               
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
