01 "An Act relating to the right to refuse to sell, give, or serve an alcoholic                                            
02 beverage."                                                                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 04.21.055 is amended to read:                                                                     
05  Sec. 04.21.055.  Refusal of service.  A licensee, an agent, or  an  employee may                                  
06 refuse to sell, give, or serve alcoholic beverages to a person if the licensee, agent, or                               
07 employee reasonably believes that the consumption of alcohol by that person may                                         
08 result in serious harm to that person or to others , including the unborn child of that                                
09 person .
