01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Minerals Commission."                                              
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 44.33.431 is repealed February 1, 2004.                                                           
04    * Sec. 2.  Section 3, ch. 98, SLA 1986, as amended by sec. 3, ch. 71, SLA 1988, and by                             
05 sec. 1, ch. 4, SLA 1993, is repealed.
