01 "An Act removing the exemption from overtime pay requirements for work                                                  
02 performed under a flexible work hour plan included as part of a collective                                              
03 bargaining agreement."                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 23.10.060(d)(13) is repealed.                                                                       
06    * Sec. 2.  Nothing in this Act modifies or terminates the terms of a collective bargaining                           
07 agreement in effect on the effective date of this Act.                                                                  
08    * Sec. 3.  This Act applies to work performed on or after the effective date of this Act.
