01 "An Act relating to the repeal of the federal tax obligation loan program under                                         
02 the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing for an effective date."                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  Section 10, ch. 62, SLA 1994, is amended to read:                                                      
05  Sec. 10.  Sections 2 and 9 of this Act take effect six [THREE] years after the                                      
06 effective date of sec. 1 of this Act.                                                                                   
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
