01 "An Act relating to the repeal of the termination date of the federal tax                                               
02 obligation loan program under the Commercial Fishing Loan Act; and providing                                            
03 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  Sections 2, 9, and 10, ch. 62, SLA 1994, are repealed.                                                 
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
