01 "An Act relating to public employees."                                                                                  
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 44.66 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                   
04  Sec. 44.66.115.  EMPLOYEE INPUT TO LONG-TERM AGENCY PLANS.                                                            
05 In preparing the long-term agency plan required by AS 44.66.110, a principal                                            
06 department shall ensure that there is an opportunity for public employees from the                                      
07 department and from other departments to offer suggestions.
