01 "An Act relating to receipts of commercial fisheries test fishing operations; and                                       
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 37.05.146 is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                             
05   (6)  receipts of commercial fisheries test fishing operations                                                        
06 (AS 16.05.050(15)).                                                                                                     
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1996.
