01 "An Act relating to the types of seafood promotions and promotional contracts                                           
02 that can be made by the board of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute."                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.51.110 is amended to read:                                                                       
05  Sec. 16.51.110.  PROHIBITED PROMOTIONS.  The board may not promote                                                    
06 or make a contract that promotes seafood by                                                                             
07   (1)  geographic origin, other than from the state generally or from a [;                                         
08   (2)]  geographic region of the state; or                                                                             
09   (2) [(3)]  specific brand name.
