01 "An Act relating to enforcement of restitution orders entered against minors."                                          
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 47.10.080 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                            
04  (o)  When restitution has been ordered under (b)(4) of this section, the                                              
05 restitution recipient may enforce payment of the restitution order against the minor                                    
06 under AS 09.35 as if the order were a civil judgment enforceable by execution.  This                                    
07 subsection does not limit the authority of the court to enforce orders of restitution to                                
08 victims.
