00HOUSE BILL NO. 298 01 "An Act making appropriations for the monetary terms of the collective 02 bargaining agreement with the Alaska Public Employees Association, Supervisory 03 Unit; and providing for an effective date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. The sum of $64,532 is appropriated from the general fund to the Alaska 06 marine highway system fund (AS 19.65.060). 07 * Sec. 2. The sum of $64,532 is appropriated from the Alaska marine highway system fund 08 (AS 19.65.060) to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, marine highway 09 system, to satisfy the monetary terms, relating to employees of the marine highway system, 10 of the collective bargaining agreement between the state and Alaska Public Employees 11 Association, Supervisory Unit, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996. 12 * Sec. 3. The sum of $5,236,840 is appropriated to the Office of the Governor, office of 13 management and budget, to satisfy the monetary terms of the collective bargaining agreement 14 between the state and Alaska Public Employees Association, Supervisory Unit, for the fiscal
