EXEMPTIONS FROM AS 44.66.010(c) AND 44.66.050(e). This Act is exempt 17 from the provision of AS 44.66.010(c) that limits extension of a board or commission to a period 18 of four years. This Act is also exempt from the provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a 19 bill from reestablishing more than one board or commission. 20 * Sec. 11. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
