EXEMPTIONS FROM AS 44.66.010(c) AND 44.66.050(e). Section 9 of this Act 22 is exempt from the provision of AS 44.66.010(c) that limits extension of a board or commission 23 to a period of four years. This Act is also exempt from the provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that 24 prohibits a bill from reestablishing more than one board or commission. 25 * Sec. 12. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
