01 "An Act making an appropriation to the principal of the permanent fund from                                             
02 the constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of                                       
03 the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective date."                                                              
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The sum of  $500,000,000 is appropriated from the budget reserve fund (art.                            
06 IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska) to the principal of the Alaska permanent fund                         
07 (AS 37.13.010).                                                                                                         
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation from the budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of                         
09 the State of Alaska) contained in this Act is made under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of                           
10 the State of Alaska.                                                                                                    
11    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
