01 "An Act making appropriations for capital projects; and providing for an effective                                      
02 date."                                                                                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $22,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                    
05 Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the state match required for federal aid                         
06 for highway construction, maintenance, and improvements.                                                                
07    * Sec. 2.  The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                             
08 of Transportation and Public Facilities for the state match required for federal aid for                                
09 construction, maintenance, and improvements related to aviation.                                                        
10    * Sec. 3.  The sum of $20,700,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                            
11 of Environmental Conservation for the state match required for federal aid for the village safe                         
12 water program.                                                                                                          
13    * Sec. 4.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1994.
