00SENATE BILL NO. 264                                                                                                     
01 "An Act making an appropriation for a grant for a security gate at Dimond                                               
02 High School; and providing for an effective date."                                                                      
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $11,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                             
05 of Administration for payment as a grant under AS 37.05.315 to the Municipality of                                      
06 Anchorage for purchase, construction, and installation of a security gate at Dimond High                                
07 School.                                                                                                                 
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                              
09 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1994.
