01 "An Act eliminating the temporary character of alternative procedures available                                         
02 to persons who must show evidence of financial responsibility before conducting                                         
03 noncrude oil operations; and providing for an effective date."                                                          
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  Section 6, ch. 102, SLA 1992, is repealed.                                                             
06    * Sec. 2.  If this Act takes effect after June 1, 1994, sec. 1 of this Act is retroactive to                         
07 June 1, 1994.                                                                                                           
08    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
