01 "An Act making appropriations for capital project matching grant programs."                                             
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  The sum of $18,425,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                    
04 municipal capital project matching grant fund (AS 37.06.010(b)) in the Department of                                    
05 Administration to provide grants to municipalities under the municipal capital project matching                         
06 grant program.                                                                                                          
07    * Sec. 2.  The sum of $1,575,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                        
08 unincorporated community capital project matching grant fund (AS 37.06.020(b)) in the                                   
09 Department of Community and Regional Affairs to provide grants to unincorporated                                        
10 communities under the unincorporated community capital project matching grant program.
