01 "An Act repealing the 65-day time limit for approval or disapproval of a                                                
02 proposed oil discharge contingency plan by the Department of Environmental                                              
03 Conservation; and providing for an effective date."                                                                     
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 46.04.030(p) is repealed.                                                                           
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
