00HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(FIN) 01 "An Act making appropriations for construction and major maintenance of 02 educational facilities; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. Contingent upon the establishment of an educational facilities maintenance 05 and construction fund by the Eighteenth Alaska State Legislature, the sum of $192,408,894 06 is appropriated from the general fund to the educational facilities maintenance and construction 07 fund (AS 37.16.010). 08 * Sec. 2. Contingent upon the establishment of an educational facilities maintenance and 09 construction fund by the Eighteenth Alaska State Legislature, the sum of $150,970,794 is 10 appropriated from the educational facilities maintenance and construction fund (AS 37.16.010) 11 to the school construction grant fund (AS 14.11.005) and is allocated for payment as grants 12 under AS 14.11.005 by the Department of Education to the following school districts and 13 regional educational attendance areas (REAA) for the projects described in the amounts listed: 14 SCHOOL DISTRICT/REAA PROJECT ALLOCATION
