02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  Section 3, ch. 98, SLA 1986, as amended by sec. 3, ch. 71, SLA 1988, is                                
04 amended to read:                                                                                                        
05  Sec. 3.  This Act is repealed February 1, 1999 [1994].
