00SENATE BILL NO. 17                                                                                                      
01 "An Act making an appropriation to the Department of Fish and Game for                                                  
02 planning, design, and construction of a mariculture technical center; and providing                                     
03 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The sum of $1,800,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                     
06 Department of Fish and Game for planning, design, and construction of a mariculture technical                           
07 center.                                                                                                                 
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                              
09 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
