00SENATE BILL NO. 13                                                                                                      
01 "An Act making an appropriation for the completion of the Matanuska-Susitna                                             
02 College building; and providing for an effective date."                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $3,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the University                          
05 of Alaska for completion of the Matanuska-Susitna College building.                                                     
06    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                              
07 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
08    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
