01 "An Act making an appropriation for the local service roads and trails program;                                         
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $40,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                    
05 Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the local service roads and trails                               
06 program (AS 19.30.111 - 19.30.251).                                                                                     
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
