01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Governors of the Alaska                                          
02 Bar Association; and providing for an effective date."                                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(2) is amended to read:                                                                 
05   (2)   Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association (AS 08.08.040)                                                
06 -- June 30, 1998 [1993];                                                                                              
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
