00HOUSE BILL NO. 14                                                                                                       
01 "An Act making an appropriation for capitalization of the BIDCO fund; and                                               
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the earnings reserve of the                                
05 Alaska science and technology endowment to the BIDCO fund (AS 37.17.210) for                                            
06 capitalization of the fund.                                                                                             
07    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for capitalization of an assistance fund and                        
08 does not lapse.                                                                                                         
09    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
