00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 32                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 23, renaming the State Commission for Human                                      
03 Rights the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to removal of                                             
04 commissioners of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to reports from                                 
05 the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to the definition of 'employer' for                              
06 the purposes of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; and relating to local civil                               
07 rights commissions.                                                                                                     
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 23, renaming                           
12 the State Commission for Human Rights the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights;                                     
13 relating to removal of commissioners of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights;                                   
14 relating to reports from the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to the                                  
01 definition of 'employer' for the purposes of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; and                          
02 relating to local civil rights commissions.
