00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 13, relating to optional municipal property tax                                  
03 exemptions for certain long-term rental units, certain mobile home parks, real property                                 
04 rented to low-income families, real property owned and occupied as a permanent place                                    
05 of abode, and real property owned by first-time homebuyers.                                                             
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 13, relating to                        
10 optional municipal property tax exemptions for certain long-term rental units, certain mobile                           
11 home parks, real property rented to low-income families, real property owned and occupied as                            
12 a permanent place of abode, and real property owned by first-time homebuyers.
