00                    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 75, relating to national criminal history record                                 
03 checks for certain employees of the Department of Revenue; relating to allowable                                        
04 absences for eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; and relating to electronic notice                               
05 of debt collection executed on a permanent fund dividend.                                                               
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 75, relating to                        
10 national criminal history record checks for certain employees of the Department of Revenue;                             
11 relating to allowable absences for eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; and relating to                           
12 electronic notice of debt collection executed on a permanent fund dividend.
