01 "An Act relating to the renewable energy grant fund and recommendation program;                                         
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 5, ch. 31, SLA 2008, as amended by sec. 3, ch. 12, SLA 2012, is                               
05 amended to read:                                                                                                        
06            Sec. 5. AS 42.45.045 is repealed June 30, 2033 [2023].                                                   
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, this Act is retroactive                              
10 to June 30, 2023.                                                                                                       
11    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
