01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning Senate Joint Resolution No. 14, calling on the United States Congress and all                                
03 federal agencies to adopt policies and engage in certain efforts to improve the competitiveness                         
04 and resiliency of the state's seafood industry.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07      That under Rules 49(a) and 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                  
08 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                      
09 Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate                         
10 Joint Resolution No. 14, calling on the United States Congress and all federal agencies to                              
11 adopt policies and engage in certain efforts to improve the competitiveness and resiliency of                           
12 the state's seafood industry.
