00                    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 41, relating to management of enhanced stocks of                                 
03 shellfish; authorizing certain nonprofit organizations to engage in shellfish enhancement                               
04 projects; relating to application fees for salmon hatchery permits and shellfish                                        
05 enhancement project permits; and relating to the marketing of aquatic farm products                                     
06 by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.                                                                              
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 41, relating to                        
11 management of enhanced stocks of shellfish; authorizing certain nonprofit organizations to                              
12 engage in shellfish enhancement projects; relating to application fees for salmon hatchery                              
13 permits and shellfish enhancement project permits; and relating to the marketing of aquatic                             
14 farm products by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.
