05                 (3)  Regulatory Commission of Alaska (AS 42.04.010) - June 30, 2030                                   
06       [2022];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. AS 24.20.271(11) is repealed.                                                                              
08    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
