00                    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 190, extending the termination date of the                                      
03 Regulatory Commission of Alaska; relating to Regulatory Commission of Alaska                                            
04 regulations regarding refuse utilities; and relating to the powers and duties of the                                    
05 legislative audit division.                                                                                             
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 190, extending                        
10 the termination date of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; relating to Regulatory                                     
11 Commission of Alaska regulations regarding refuse utilities; and relating to the powers and                             
12 duties of the legislative audit division.
