01 "An Act relating to the curriculum improvement and best practices fund; relating to the                                 
02 fuel emergency fund and fuel emergency grants; relating to the Railbelt energy fund;                                    
03 relating to the Alaska affordable energy fund; relating to the special Alaska Historical                                
04 Commission receipts account; relating to the rural electrification revolving loan fund                                  
05 and loans from the fund; relating to the Southeast energy fund and grants from the                                      
06 fund; and relating to the Exxon Valdez oil spill unincorporated rural community grant                                   
07 fund and grants from the fund."                                                                                         
08 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
09    * Section 1. AS 14.07.182; AS 26.23.400; AS 37.05.520, 37.05.610; AS 41.35.380;                                      
10 AS 42.45.020, 42.45.040; and AS 44.33.115 are repealed.
