00 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(FSH) 01 "An Act adding state land to Kachemak Bay State Park; removing the Tutka Bay 02 Lagoon Hatchery and Tutka Bay Lagoon from Kachemak Bay State Park; and 03 providing for an effective date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. AS 41.21.131(a) is amended to read: 06 (a) The presently state-owned land and water, and all that acquired in the 07 future by the state, lying within the parcels described in this section are designated as 08 the Kachemak Bay State Park. In order to protect and preserve this land and water for 09 its unique and exceptional scenic value, the park is established and shall be managed 10 as a scenic park.
