01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 241, extending the March 11, 2020, governor's                                   
03 declaration of a public health disaster emergency in response to the novel coronavirus                                  
04 disease (COVID-19) pandemic; relating to the COVID-19 outbreak; relating to a                                           
05 financing plan; relating to standing orders of the chief medical officer; relating to                                   
06 occupational and professional licensing; relating to telemedicine and telehealth; relating                              
07 to fingerprinting requirements; relating to elections in calendar year 2020; relating to                                
08 permanent fund dividend applications; relating to automatic voter registration; relating                                
09 to tax filings, payments, and penalties; relating to shareholder meetings; relating to the                              
10 teachers' retirement system and the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska;                                      
11 and providing for electronic and videoconference notification, verification, and                                        
12 acknowledgment of documents.                                                                                            
13 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
01 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
02 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
03 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 241, extending                        
04 the March 11, 2020, governor's declaration of a public health disaster emergency in response                            
05 to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic; relating to the COVID-19 outbreak;                                
06 relating to a financing plan; relating to standing orders of the chief medical officer; relating to                     
07 occupational and professional licensing; relating to telemedicine and telehealth; relating to                           
08 fingerprinting requirements; relating to elections in calendar year 2020; relating to permanent                         
09 fund dividend applications; relating to automatic voter registration; relating to tax filings,                          
10 payments, and penalties; relating to shareholder meetings; relating to the teachers' retirement                         
11 system and the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska; and providing for electronic                              
12 and videoconference notification, verification, and acknowledgment of documents.
