01 "An Act relating to the authority of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                       
02 Authority to issue revenue bonds to finance the Sweetheart Lake hydroelectric project;                                  
03 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. Section 2, ch. 37, SLA 2016, is amended to read:                                                      
06            Sec. 2. This Act is repealed June 30, 2027 [2020].                                                     
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       RETROACTIVITY. If sec. 1 of this Act takes effect after June 30, 2020, sec. 1 of this                           
10 Act is retroactive to June 30, 2020.                                                                                    
11    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
