01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 119, relating to a mandatory exemption from                                      
03 municipal property taxes for certain assets of the Alaska Industrial Development and                                    
04 Export Authority; relating to dividends from the Alaska Industrial Development and                                      
05 Export Authority; and relating to the meanings of "mark-to-market fair value," "net                                     
06 income," "project or development," and "unrestricted net income" for purposes of the                                    
07 Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority.                                                                     
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 119, relating to                       
12 a mandatory exemption from municipal property taxes for certain assets of the Alaska                                    
13 Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to dividends from the Alaska Industrial                           
14 Development and Export Authority; and relating to the meanings of "mark-to-market fair                                  
01 value," "net income," "project or development," and "unrestricted net income" for purposes of                           
02 the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority.
