04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
05    * Section 1. Rule 20, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, is amended by adding                            
06 a new subsection to read:                                                                                               
07           (c)  The jurisdiction of a standing committee over programs and activities                                    
08      under (a) of this rule includes regulations that are proposed or adopted to implement                              
09      those programs and activities.
