01 "An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Alaska marine highway system                                         
02 fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. FUND TRANSFER. The sum of $192,552,200 is appropriated from the                                       
05 earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145(a)) to the Alaska marine highway system fund                                     
06 (AS 19.65.060).                                                                                                         
07    * Sec. 2. LAPSE OF APPROPRIATION. The appropriation made in sec. 1 of this Act is for                              
08 the capitalization of a fund and does not lapse.                                                                        
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect April 15, 2018.
