03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(9) is amended to read:                                                                   
05                 (9)  Alaska Health Care Commission (AS 18.09.010) - June 30, 2023                                   
06       [2017];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
