01 "An Act providing for the conveyance of certain land to the City and Borough of                                         
02 Yakutat."                                                                                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section                          
05 to read:                                                                                                                
06       AUTHORIZING LAND CONVEYANCE. The Department of Natural Resources                                                  
07 shall convey all right, title, and interest to the following described parcels to the City and                          
08 Borough of Yakutat, subject to the reservations described in AS 38.05.125 and 38.05.127:                                
09            (1) ASLS 71-34;                                                                                              
10            (2) ADL 53385.
