00 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 32 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 91, relating to criminal law and procedure; 03 relating to controlled substances; relating to immunity from prosecution for the crime of 04 prostitution; relating to probation; relating to sentencing; establishing a pretrial services 05 program with pretrial services officers in the Department of Corrections; relating to the 06 publication of suspended entries of judgment on a publicly available Internet website; 07 relating to permanent fund dividends; relating to electronic monitoring; relating to 08 penalties for violations of municipal ordinances; relating to parole; relating to 09 correctional restitution centers; relating to community work service; relating to 10 revocation, termination, suspension, cancellation, or restoration of a driver's license; 11 relating to the excise tax on marijuana; establishing the recidivism reduction fund; 12 relating to the Alaska Criminal Justice Commission; relating to the disqualification of 13 persons convicted of specified drug offenses from participation in the food stamp and 01 temporary assistance programs; relating to the duties of the commissioner of 02 corrections; and amending Rules 32, 32.1, 38, 41, and 43, Alaska Rules of Criminal 03 Procedure, and repealing Rules 41(d) and (e), Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure. 04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 06 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 07 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 91, relating to 08 criminal law and procedure; relating to controlled substances; relating to immunity from 09 prosecution for the crime of prostitution; relating to probation; relating to sentencing; 10 establishing a pretrial services program with pretrial services officers in the Department of 11 Corrections; relating to the publication of suspended entries of judgment on a publicly 12 available Internet website; relating to permanent fund dividends; relating to electronic 13 monitoring; relating to penalties for violations of municipal ordinances; relating to parole; 14 relating to correctional restitution centers; relating to community work service; relating to 15 revocation, termination, suspension, cancellation, or restoration of a driver's license; relating 16 to the excise tax on marijuana; establishing the recidivism reduction fund; relating to the 17 Alaska Criminal Justice Commission; relating to the disqualification of persons convicted of 18 specified drug offenses from participation in the food stamp and temporary assistance 19 programs; relating to the duties of the commissioner of corrections; and amending Rules 32, 20 32.1, 38, 41, and 43, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, and repealing Rules 41(d) and (e), 21 Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure.
