01 "An Act repealing certain elements of the crime of sex trafficking in the third degree;                                 
02 repealing certain elements of the crime of sex trafficking in the fourth degree; and                                    
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. AS 11.66.130(c), added by sec. 39, ch. 36, SLA 2016, and AS 11.66.135(c),                             
06 added by sec. 40, ch. 36, SLA 2016, are repealed.                                                                       
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
