01 "An Act designating the Alaskan Scottish as the official state tartan."                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 44.09 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
04            Sec. 44.09.160. State tartan. The tartan registered with the Scottish Register                             
05       of Tartans as Alaskan Scottish is the official state tartan.
