03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(1) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (1)  Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (AS 04.06.010) - June 30, 2018                                
06       [2015];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
