03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 14.03.075(a), 14.03.075(b), 14.03.075(c), 14.03.075(e)(1);                                         
05 AS 14.07.165(a)(5), and 14.07.165(b) are repealed.
