01 "An Act establishing March 13 each year as Alaska Oil and Gas Day."                                                     
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 44.12 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
04            Sec. 44.12.107. Alaska Oil and Gas Day. Alaska Oil and Gas Day is                                          
05       established on March 13 of each year to honor the oil and gas industry. Alaska Oil and                            
06       Gas Day may be observed by suitable observances and exercises by civic groups and                                 
07       the public.
